To make a group reservation, please book your visit betimes. During weekdays 10 a.m. is often crowded. We highly recommend noontime or later! It is very important to respect the guidelines so that we can confirm your preferred date and avoid waiting time for you.
For international guests
We offer handouts for guests who do not speak / understand German or English well. Languages available: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Polish, Danish, Dutch, Hebrew, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish.
